Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final

At Next Play CPA™, LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality educational content designed to empower students, teachers, and families with practical financial literacy tools. Because our books, curricula, and digital materials contain proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, including printed books, downloadable materials, and licensed curricula, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Once a purchase is completed, you gain immediate access (physical or digital) to valuable, copyrighted content that cannot be returned or revoked. For this reason, no exceptions can be made.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nextplaycpa.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will gladly replace the damaged item with a new copy of the same product.

Digital Access & Licensing

For schools, educators, or organizations purchasing digital curricula:

Each license grants access for the number of users stated at checkout or in your agreement.

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or redistribution of our materials is strictly prohibited under U.S. copyright law.

Access will remain active for the duration specified in your purchase or agreement.
